Light fog may occur over the river basins of the country during late night, according to a met office press release issued here on Thursday.
Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours as of 9 am today, the release said.
A low over Andaman Sea and adjoining areas now lies over the sea and adjoining Southeast Bay, the release said, adding that ridge of sub-continental high extends up to Bihar and adjoining areas.
Night and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country during the period.
Maximum temperature was recorded 30.2 degree celsius on Wednesday at Sylhet and Thursday’s minimum temperature 12.0 degree celsius at Rajshahi and Badalgachhi in Rajshahi division.
