Mild to moderate cold wave is sweeping over the regions of Moulvibazar, Rajshahi, Pabna, Naogaon, Panchagarh, Nilphamari, Kurigram and Chuadanga and it may continue for few days, a met office press release said on Tuesday.
Light to moderate fog may occur at some places over the country from mid night to today’s morning while weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country, it added.
Night and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country. The highest temperature in the country on Monday was recorded 28.4 degrees Celsius at Teknaf in Chattogram while Tuesday’s minimum temperature was 7.8 degrees Celsius at Rajarhat in Rangpur.
