Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Haque has called for strengthening the library movement to build new generation in light with the spirit of liberation war. He was speaking as the chief guest at the unveiling ceremony of the literary based magazine ‘Anirban’, published by Anirban Library at Mahmudkati in Khulna, at the ‘Book Bitan Batighar Milanayaton at Bishwa Shahitya Kendro in the city.
The minister said the library has special importance for betterment of the society as it can spread the spirit of the liberation war across the country through spreading knowledge. Ashok Madhab Roy, former Secretary and President of the Anirban Library Advisory Committee presided over the programme.
