The authority of Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur (BRUR) launched the ‘Liberation War Corner’ at the Central Library and Information Centre (CLIC) on the campus on Monday.
Vice-Chancellor of the university Professor Dr Nazmul Ahsan Kalimullah inaugurated it at a function, said a press release.
Presided over by Librarian of the CLIC Professor Dr Parimal Chandra Barman, Provost (In-charge) of Bangabandhu Hall Tabiur Rahman Prodhan, Assistant Proctors Atiur Rahman and Sadrul Islam Sarker, among others, were present.
A large number of students of the university and officials and employees of the CLIC attended the function moderated by Deputy Director of the CLIC Abdus Samad Prodhan.
