LGRD and Cooperatives Minister Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain on Thursday expressed deep shock at the death of Afzal Hossain, an Additional Chief Engineer of the Local Government Engineering Department. In separate condolence messages, State Minister for LGRD and Cooperatives Md Mashiur Rahman Ranga and Senior Secretary of Local Government Division Dr Zafar Ahmed Khan also mourned the death of Afzal. They conveyed sympathy to members of the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
