Staff Reporter :Election Commissioner Kabita Khanam on Tuesday advised the presiding officers to discharge their duties without fear or favour.Kabita Khanam said, voters will not be allowed to carry cell phone sets while entering polling centres to exercise their franchise.The election commissioner said that mobile phone sets would not be allowed so that voters do not take the photographs of the ballot papers after stamping seals.
