Land Minister Shamsur Rahman Sherif said the government would formulate a law against misuse of modern technologies in the country.
“The government has been working to formulate a law against those out to misuse modern technologies…No one would be spared if they try to instigate someone against the country using technologies,” he said.
Sherif said this on Friday while speaking as the chief guest at a seminar on ‘National Mourning Day and Our Doings’ at Bangladesh Press Council auditorium organised by Federation of Bangladesh Journalist Organisation (FBJO).
He said the government introduced updated technologies across the country but some vested quarters were out to misuse technologies against the country and such offences were not tolerable.
