British citizen Jeremy Williman has been banned from leaving dubai in the suit of Adam Tamizi Haque The law suit against MrAdam Tamizi Haque, Managing Director of Haque Group has been dismissed recently in the Dubai Court, a press release said yesterday.
On 28th January 2020, a British citizen served a legal notice against Tamazi Haque and asked for compensation of TK 42 crore for allegedly violating a contract of buying a house in Dubai.
On 4th February 2020 several online news were published regarding this matter. To defend all the allegations Tamizi Haque also filed a law suit against the British citizen in Dubai court.
Recently the case has been dismissed in breach of clause 11 of the Sale Purchase Agreement. In this judgement all the allegations against Tamizi Haque were proved false.
Moreover, the court has ordered Mr Williman to pay 9 lac taka (40000 Dirham) and return all the movable furniture worth of 23 lacs taka (100,000 Dirham) to the Managing Director of Haque Group.
The Court has also order that the passport of Mr. WIlliman is seized and deposited in the center’s treasury until the mount of 140,000 dirham’s is paid and this matter will fall as soon as the amount is paid, the
press release added.
