Law Minister Anisul Huq, attended a seminar on “Mainstreaming the Use of ADR Clause in Commercial Agreements: Challenges and Opportunities” organised by Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) marking its 7th founding anniversary at an auditorium in the city on Monday as chief guest. Mahbubur Rahman, Chairman of BIAC, presided over the seminar while Bangladesh Bank Governor Fazle Kabir, Justice Sudhansu Jyoti Mukhopadhaya, Chairperson of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, India, Barrister Ajmalul Hossain, QC, Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Chairman of the Association of Bankers, Bangladesh, Naser Ezaz Bijoy, Country CEO of Standard Chartered, Bangladesh and Dr. M. Masrur Reaz of IFC-World Bank Group, were also present.
