Besides making TV plays and serials, noted actor of the small screen, play and film director Salauddin Lavlu has become engaged with acting again. For this reason, when special days come Lavlu not only engages with giving direction but also acting in TV plays. On the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, Lavlu acted in several numbers of works. He acted in promising playwright and director Tuhin Hossain-directed seven-episode Eid serial titled Family Secret. This serial will be telecasted on Gazi TV in Eid. Popular face of the small screen Sarika also acted with Lavlu in this serial.
While talking about the serial director Tuhin Hossain said, “There are some secret issues in every family which sometimes create problem. In the meantime, if any bad person enters into the family there will be more trouble. By this way story of Family Secret continues.”
Bijori Barkatullah, Intekhab Dinar, Ziaul Hasan Kisloo, Shilpi Sarkar Apu, Mishu Sabbir, Munia, among others, also acted in different roles in the serial. Shooting of the Eid serial has already been done in different locations in the capital’s Uttara area recently.
Salauddin Lavlu said, “Earlier viewers enjoyed the family stories. I think viewers will get that type of taste in this Eid serial directed by Tuhin Hossain. Tuhin has tried his level best giving a lot of efforts while making the serial. As a result, it has become a nice work. I believe viewers will enjoy the serial in Eid-ul-Azha.”
Sarika shared her feelings by this way, “Earlier I had experience to work under Tuhin Hossain’s direction. Story is the heart of his work. I have liked story of Family Secret and it’s story-telling. I did not have any experience to work under Salauddin Lavlu Bhai’s direction or to act against him. It is really a liking matter that I got the opportunity to work with him as his co-actress in this serial. I have really enjoyed working in the serial. Tuhin’s works are always different from others.”
