“I am 76 and I have never witnessed in my life that a patient is called from hospital to enquire whether he is doing okay”, this is what Fazlul Haque said expressing his experience in the official launch of Smiling Heart Clinic for Heart Failure patients at United Hospital, at a brief ceremony on last Sunday at the hospital.
Chief Cardiologist, Dr Momenuzzaman said, Heart Failure is a life endangering disease where the clinic acts to treat and monitor these patients to give a better quality of life.
Omar Ishrak, Chairman of Medtronic applauded the praise worthy works that Smiling Heart Clinic is doing at United Hospital.
The patients talked about the level of care and empathy shown by the doctors in the clinic.
