Sri Lanka cricket team, led by Angelo Mathews, will arrive in Dhaka today (Saturday) to take part in a triangular series scheduled to begin on Monday (January 15) at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium (SBNCS) in Mirpur.
Host Bangladesh and Zimbabwe will also take part in the cricket series.
Sri Lanka cricket team is expected to reach at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 11.35 am.
The Islanders will open their tournament campaign when they will play against Zimbabwe in the second match of the tournament scheduled to be held on January 17 next.
After the triangular series, Sri Lanka will take part in a two-match Test series against Bangladesh. The first Test will be held on January 31 to February 4 at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong while the second Test on February 8-12 at SBNCS at Mirpur.
The Sri Lanka cricket team will also participate in a two-match T20I series against the host scheduled to be held on February 15 and 18 at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Sylhet.
