The Language Hero Kazi Golam Mahboob, the convener of Shorbodolio Kendrio Rashtrabhasha Kormoparishad (All-Party Central Language Action Committee) in 1952, was remembered on Friday, Ekushey February, the language martyrs and international mother language day , at his native village Kasba of Gournadi under Barisal district.
‘Bhasha Soinik Kazi Golam Mahboob Foundation’ organised the programmes of putting flower wreath and visiting his graveyard and central Shaheed Minar of Gournadi municipal town, discussion, holding doa and milad mahfil.
The discussion programme at Kasba primary school ground was presided over by Nurul Matin Masuk, vice-president of the foundation.
