The newly appointed Land Minister Saifuzzaman Chowdhury has said that land management would be digitalized and people friendly under the guidance of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. The government will establish a transparent and people-friendly ‘Digital Land Management’ and any corruption related to land will not be tolerated,” he told newsmen recently at his residence in city’s Gulshan. He said that all the villages to be turned into towns gradually by reaching modern facilities in every villages of the country with the slogan ‘My village-My town’ as per the election manifesto of the present government.
“At least 50,000 homeless people will be rehabilitated in the next two years by constructing houses for them,” he said. The minister also urged all to be united to create poverty and unemployment free developed Bangladesh.
