Behind Muktagacha police station, there has been an incident of illegally breaking 100/150 feet boundary wall in violation of Section 144 and occupying land and constructing huts in it. The incident of land grabbing by ignoring the court order and the law is behind Muktagacha police station, in front of promi hospital in Nandibari village Muktagachha upazila municipality.
The incident took place at midnight on Friday. Muktagacha Upazila Nandibari Mouza BRS Dag No-271 Khatian No-449. It has been alleged that even after informing the police, the police did not show any activity for mysterious reasons. Md. Shamim complained that the opponents had threatened him and his family that if they talked about it, they would end their lives. “We are insecure for fear of them. The police did not take any action even after informing them. They have sought the immediate intervention of the administration in this regard. Muktagachha Police inspected the incident site and said that the incident of land grabbing by breaking the boundary wall is being investigated.
