Kumar Bishwajit is an evergreen and celebrated singer of our country. He is one of the most popular singers among the listeners in and outside the country. He is really superb in stage show till now. He is also engaged with releasing his original songs. On the occasion of coming, this legendary singer is bringing back his popular song titled Proshno tomar amai kothai rakho, hridoy bole hridoyjure tumi thako of four decades ago under new musical arrangement. Liton Adhikari Rintu wrote lyrics of the song, while singer Kumar Bishwajit himself composed its music. Kolkata’s Raja has rearranged music of this song.
Therefore, on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, in voice of Kumar Bishwajit, a new song titled Protiti shurur achhe shesh is to be released. Asif Iqbal wrote lyrics of this song while Kishore has composed its tunes and music. Now Kumar Bishwajit is passing busy times with these two songs.
Today is the birthday of Kumar Bishwajit. He said, “It is really delightful matter for me that my son Nibir has returned to Bangladesh last Monday to celebrate my birthday. Now I really miss my parents. I hope listeners will hear my song of four decades ago and my new original song has become really nice. I believe in coming Eid, these two songs will give some entertainments for the music-lovers. Tomorrow I have scheduled to perform in a gala show at La Meridian in Dhaka. Therefore, on June 9, I will perform at Khulna Club. On my birthday, I will pass times with my son Nibir at my residence in Uttara.”
