The annual budget of Kulaura municipality for 2019-20 fiscal year was announced recently. At presence Mayor of the municipality Shafi Alam Yunus, announced the budget of Tk 52, 80, 09, 017/46 by Municipality Secretary Saradindu Roy at the Municipality Auditorium.
In the budget, revenue income was shown Tk 04, 24, 69, 017/46 and revenue expenditure Tk 03, 92, 58, 630. In the budget revenue, surplus from the general section was shown Tk 32, 10, 387/46 On the other hand, development section income was shown Tk 48, 45, 40, 000 and revenue expenditure Tk 48, 45, 40, 000.
Sultan Mohammed Monsur Ahmed MP was present as chief guest on the budget announcing meeting while A K M Shafi Ahmed Solman Chairman Upazilla Parishad Kulaura. Zilla Parishad Member Shirin Akter Chowdhury Munny, Panel Meyor Joynal Abedin Bachchu, Councillor Ikbal Ahmed Shamim, Kaiser Arif, Monjurul Alam Chowdhury Khukon, Md. Harunur Rashid, Lukman Ali, Rassel Ahmed Chowdhury, Rabeya Begum, Anwara Begum, Dilara Begum, Mahfuz Shakil Kulaura Correspondent daily Kalerkantho. Journalist Moynul Hoque Pabon, Alauddin Kabir. Sharif Ahmed. Syed Ashfak Tanvir. and staff of the municipality, local elite and journalists were present at that time.
