The two-day Kukkiwon Cup Taekwondo concluded on Sunday at the National Sports Council Gymnasium.
On the closing day, Bangladesh Army emerged champions in the men’s senior division while Bangladesh Jute Mills Corporation finished runners-up.
In the senior women’s division, Bangladesh Jute Mills Corporation emerged champions while Dhaka University and Eden Women’s College finished joint runners-up in the meet.
In the junior’s and men’s division, Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Prothistan emerged champions while Akij Foundation School & College, Residential School and Udayan School & College finished joint runners-up.
In the junior women’s division, Akij Foundation School & College,
South Point School& College, BAF Shaheen School (English medium) and Mirpur Cantonment Public School jointly finished runners-up.
State Minister for Youth and Sports Sri Biren Sikder, MP, was the chief guest on the closing day and distributed the prizes.
