Abdullah Al Mamun Khan Dip, an 8th batch student of Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) of Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) has made a Drone (flying vehicle) as his 4th year project thesis.
Prof Dr Md. Shahjahan of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) was the supervisor of this project.
Rizvi Ahmed, a friend of Dip helped to create the body frame of the Drone. Golam Sultan Mahmud Rana, classmate of Dip also provided him important information. Now the Drone has been made as fully autonomous. Many more can be done by this with the rescue mission.
KUET students are not lagging behind in technology to keep up with the world. Line follower, Maze solver, Obstacle avoider, Garbage cleaner, Voice control robot are previously been made by them.
