Media Advisor of KSRM Mizanul Islam handed over to this life-saving oxygen to Satkania Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Abdul Majid Osmani on behalf of the company on Sunday. KSRM provides locals with 300 liter oxygen filling cylinders for emergency treatment. Regarding this, Md. Abdul Majid Osmani said that the donation of KSRM was appreciated by all. In the past, the organization has stood by the people of the area in any need. KSRM has come forward to save the lives of helpless people due to the changed situation during the corona situation. The people of this region will always remember their generosity with gratitude.
KSRM’s philanthropy will be unforgettable. Patients in remote areas will receive emergency medical care at the doorstep due to the supply of oxygen in critical situations.
Mizanul Islam, Media Advisor of KSRM, said that KSRM mainly produces suitable oxygen for use in factories. But KSRM took the initiative to produce medical oxygen when there was an extreme oxygen crisis in the nation’s disaster situation. Oxygen is being supplied to various health centers across the country as part of social responsibility. Oxygen has already been provided to several health centers including Chittagong Medical College Hospital, Chittagong General Hospital and BITID. In that continuity, KSRM is also trying to ensure that the people in remote areas are not deprived of medical services in case of emergency. We are not just fulfilling our responsibility with oxygen filled cylinders. If necessary, oxygen will be provided by reloading the cylinders. Our effort is to ensure that no patient dies in the oxygen crisis. Among others present on the occasion were Nalua Union Awami Vice President Azam Selim, Nalua Union Juba League President Zaheer Mintu, Nalua Union Awami Joint Secretary Abdul Aziz and others.
