The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has approved Krishibid Seed Limited’s qualified investor offer (QIO) in the SME sector.
The approval was given at a meeting of the stock market regulator on Monday, according to a BSEC press release.
The company will raise Tk 11.60 crore through the issuance of 1.16 crore shares at a cost of Tk 10 each.
The money raised will be spent on cold storage, storage building, seed research and development centre and issue management.
The company’s earnings per share (EPS) stood at Tk 0.60 and net asset value (NAVPS) without revaluation reserves stood at Tk 12.60 as per the financial report for the three months ended on September 30, 2021 (July-September ’21).
