The Board of Directors of Bangladesh Krishi Bank (BKB) approved its financial statements for the FY 2014 – 15 recently. The bank has reduced the operating cost by Tk 48.91 crore during the FY 2014-15 than the previous FY which shows the bank has successfully reverse the increasing trend of operating losses.
The bank has been able to reduce its net loss by Tk 2776.25 crore during the same period. The net loss of the bank was Tk 2991.05 crore during the FY 2013-14 that stood Tk 215.25 crore during the FY 2014-15.
