A four-member team led by Dr HUH IN, Research Fellow of the Korea Institute of Intellectual Property, Korea called on Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique at the latter’s office of the university on Wednesday.
The three other members of the team were Nam Su-Kyung, MOON Byung-ho and Kim Young Mo.
During the meeting they discussed various bi-lateral issues including promoting intellectual property law in Bangladesh. They also discussed possibilities of undertaking joint collaborative academic and research programs on intellectual property between the University of Dhaka and Korea Institute of Intellectual Property. They agreed to sign a MoU between the two institutions in this regard soon.
The Vice-Chancellor thanked the guests for their visit to Dhaka University and keen interest in its academic activities.
