The Korea Cup Taekwondo Championship, a regular event of Bangladesh Taekwondo Federation (BTF), will kick off tomorrow at the National Sports Council (NSC) gymnasium in the capital. State Minister for Youth and Sports Dr Biren Sikder MP is scheduled to inaugurate the two-day meet in the morning. Ambassador of South Korea to Bangladesh H.E Hu Kang-il will also present on the occasion as special guest. Adjutant General of Bangladesh Army Major General Mohammad Humayun Kabir will be the chief guest at the closing function on Saturday (November 3) at 3:30 pm. Some 800 competitors from different clubs, districts, universities and organisations will take part in the two-day meet.
