KIV trainees get certificates at SEU

The Certificate Giving Ceremony of Korean IT Volunteers (KIV) Training Program was held recently at Southeast University (SEU) Seminar Hall in the city.
Deputy Chief of Mission and Counsellor of Embassy of the Korea Republic KWAK Samju was present at the program as Chief Guest, while Pro Vice Chancellor of SEU Prof Dr Md. Humayun Kabir Chowdhury was in the chair.
Professor Emeritus and the Founder Vice Chancellor of SEU Prof Dr M Shamsher Ali addressed at the session as a Distinguished Guest. Registrar Maj Gen Kazi Fakhruddin Ahmed, psc (Retd) delivered Welcome Address and Deputy Director of DCS Afruza Sultana delivered Vote of Thanks.
Among others, Chief Coordinator of BOT, SEU Trust Wing Cdr Syed Ahmed Kabir, fawc, psc (Retd), Deans of different Schools, Chairs of different Departments, Faculty Members, Representatives of KIV and students of SEU were present at the program.
The month-long training program was organized by the Department of Career Services of SEU and conducted by Korean IT Volunteers. KIV Representatives, who are also students of different Korean Universities, trained up around 150 students of SEU. They also exchanged ideas with each other about their own experiences about IT sector.
