Legendary singer Kumar Bishwajit always works with dedication for the new generation’s singers. He is like a guardian to them. He has many examples to stand besides the new generation’s artistes in different times. This time Kishore Das wanted to render a song under the music composition of Kumar Bishwajit and lyrics of Liton Adhikary Rintu. Kumar Bishwajit has fulfilled Kishore’s dream. Kishore has lent his voice for the song Kandere Bhai Kande composed by Kumar Bishwajit. Arafat Setu has made music video of the song. But specialty of this music video was that under the planning of Kumar Bishwajit, he also lent his voice for several parts of the song and also presented in music video of the song regarding necessity of its story. While talking in this regard Kumar Bishwajit told this correspondent over mobile phone from USA, “I always like to work with new generation’s singers. There are many examples of mine in this regard. For many days Kishore wanted to render a song with the combination of Rintu and mine. It is that song. During music video, my presence and also rendition of the song – everything was in my plan. Basically I want to make bondage between one generation to other. This song was like that example.” Singer Kishore shared his feelings by this way, “It was
a great luck for me that Kumar Bishwajit Sir composed title song Nikhoj Sangbad of my debut album. Later, I rendered another song. But in case of folk or funky typed folk song which is a tradition of Bishwajit Sir’s songs. I like his style. Sir has composed song Kandere Bhai Kande as I can always perform this song in stage show. I am grateful to him forever.”
