The management of the newly- established Kingston Hospital located at Mirpur DOHS area in the city has announced special discount for the journalists and freedom fighters .
This was disclosed by Major( Retd) Abdus Salam Sarker, Chairman, Kingston Group and Hospital while exchanging views with journalists at Kingston Hospital at Mirpur DOHS area in the city yesterday.
He said, 40 and 50 per cent discount on pathological test will be given to journalists and freedom fighters respectively. Health card will be provided to them to ensure the service, he added.
Salam also said, 1300 patients were already given free treatment so far and the hospital authority is working to render best service at low cost.
Tanvir Alam, Executive Director of the hospital said, Kingston Hospital has started its journey with 70-bed on 50, 000 square feet space and it has a plan to expand the number of beds.
