Reality star Kim Kardashian is reportedly planning a full makeover using plastic surgery after welcoming her second child, who is due in December. “Kim is going to do a massive plastic surgery makeover after she gives birth this baby,” a source told radaronline.com. “Kim has been discussing the surgeries she wants to get done and talking to doctors about them…(and) talking about which doctors she wants to put on the payroll,” the source said. “She wants to get her b***s done, a tummy tuck and liposuction,” the source added. But she won’t get the work done immediately after she delivers her new baby. “She’s not planning on getting the work done the same day she gives birth because her pregnancy has been dicey as it is,” the source said.
