Dead body of Monirul Islam Babul, a college student was allegedly killed over extramarital affairs of mother, exhumed from grave at Bejhar village under Gournadi Upazila of Barisal on Thursday noon.
Two police officials also transferred after their alleged against biased role about investigation of the case.
Abul Kalam, Gournadi police station officer in charge, said dead body of Monir was exhumed after six months of his death for re-investigation by order of the court.
Faisaluddin, Executive Magistrate was present during exhuming the dead body and preparing circumstantial report. The dead body was sent to Barisal Sher E Bangla Medical College Hospital for re-postmortem.
