Terming the killing of anyone based on suspicion or rumour of child-lifting as a criminal offence, the Police Headquarters has urged people not to take the laws into their hands.
“Killing in mass-beating based on suspicion or rumour of child-lifting is a criminal offence . . . don’t take the laws into own hands,” it said in a statement here today.
