RAB-7 forces in Chittagong rescued a kidnapped school girl from south Halishahar area under CEPZ thana on Saturday morning. In this connection , Saklain Mustaque(22) allegedly involved with the kidnapping was also arrested.
RAB media officer Sohel Mahmud told that acting on secret tip-off, forces conducted raid in a rental house of Abdur Rahman , west side of Navy Isha Khan gate of south halishahar and rescued the juvenile . In the same raid, Saklain was also arrested from Barrister college area and Saklain is the son of one Abdul Hai of the same area.
Rescued girl and the kidnapper were handed over to Lohagara thana of Chittagong. Sources said 16 years school girl was kidnapped from Kalaujan village of Lohagara thana of south Chittagong on July 17 last.
later father of the kidnapped filed a kidnap case before the Lohagara thana and Saklain was rounded up in this case, sources said.
