A seven years old kid to death at Kurbadpur village in Kulaura Upazila of the Moulvibazar district on at 7 pm on Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Masum Miah, 07, son Masuk Miah of same village. Killar’s Sheli Begum, 25, was aunty of victim.
Police quoted neighbors as saying that Sheli stabbed her nephew in a family feud indiscriminately she chopped him with weapon, later he was died in Kulaura Health complex.
But did not disclose the reason behind the killing, police said.
Contacted, Md. Samsuduha, officer-in-charge of Kulaura police station confirmed the matter to The New Nation. Sheli held from the incident spot, he added.
