U-18 Nat'l Cricket: Khulna trail by 171 runs against Chittagong

Khulna Division trailed by 171-run against Chittagong Division on the first day of the three-day Young Tigers Under-18 National Cricket Tournament at Rangpur Cricket Garden on Wednesday.
In the day’s other match at Shaheed Chandu Stadium in Bogra, BKSP trailed by one run against Sylhet Division.
Khulna vs Chittagong
Sent in to bat first, Chittagong Division opened the first innings and scored 178 runs for all in 86.2 overs.
Number three Abdullah Al Mashrur (47) and skipper Naim Hasan (43) were the notable scorers for Chittagong
Sajol Islam and Nazmul Hossain grabbed three wickets each for 21 and 33 runs respectively while Ashikur Rahman took two wickets for 34 runs.
In reply, Khulna Division opened the first innings and scored seven runs for no loss in five overs at stumps on the first day
Kamruzzaman and Ashraf Ahmed Ashique were on batting with 4 and 2 runs respectively.
BKSP vs Sylhet
Sent in to bat first, Sylhet Division opened the first innings and were bundled out for 93 runs in 55.1 overs with Nawshad Akber scoring not out 32 and Kamil Ahmed 17 runs
Yasin Arafat grabbed four wickets for 39 runs while Abu Naser and Siddikur Rahman Shawon took two wickets each conceding 12 and 17 runs respectively.
In reply, BKSP opened the first innings and scored 92 for 5 in 27 overs at stumps on the first day with Abbas Musa and Riazul Islam reaching the double figures scoring 49 and 16 runs respectively.
Ahadur Rahman Ovi grabbed four wickets for 34 runs while Samed Khan Nayan took one wicket for 25 runs.
