National color Imrul Kayes hit a brilliant ton saw Khulna Division gave a strong reply of Barisal Division first innings total on the second day of four-day National Cricket League held on Monday at the BKSP ground in Savar.
Khulna Division rescued their first innings on the second day with overnight score of 73 for 2 and finally dismissed at 390 in 120 overs, taking a healthy 119 runs first innings lead, in reply to a Barisal Division’s first innings total of 271.
In reply, the two Barisal Division openers went to open the bat and kept their wicket intact for the third day’s play without adding any runs.
Barisal Division 1st innings 271 for all in 62.3 overs, Rabbi 85, Al Amin 64, Nafees 55, Razzak 8/100.
2nd innings – 0 for no loss in 1 overs, Nafees 0 batting, Avisjhek 0 batting.
