Engineer SM Khorshed Alam has been elected President and Engineer Shafiqul Haque Talukder Vice-president of Bangladesh Association of Construction Industry (BACI) for the year 2019-2020 terms.
They were elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the association held in the city recently.
A large number of members of the association and guests attended the meeting held at the Dhaka Club.
Others elected members of the new Executive Committee are Engr. Hasan Mahmud Babu as Director (Admin), Engr. Tanvirul Haque Probal as Director (Finance).
Engr. Shafiqul Alam Bhuiyan, Engr. Aftab Uddin Ahmed, Shiekh Md. Rafiqul Islam, Md. Ataur Rahman Bhuiyan, Engr. Md. Kalam Hossain, Engr. Khairul Alam, Engr. Nashid Islam and Engr. Rizwan Mustafiz have been elected as directors of the association.
