State Minister for Fisheries and Livestock Ashraf Ali Khan Khasru underlined the need for creating awareness among mass people for boosting fish production and protect native fishes from extinction through properly utilizing all water-bodies.
“We have to boost fish production through bringing country’s all water bodies including natural open water bodies under technology based modern pisciculture to meet the national demand for fish and achieve our socio-economic growth,” he said while inaugurating a week-long technology based fisheries fair here.
