Veteran actor Khalilullah Khan who is the country’s one of the living legendary performers will turn into 80 today.
Due to have his bad physical condition and died of one of his family members Khalil has no plan to celebrate his birthday. For this reason, he will pass the whole day at his residence.
It may be mentioned that Khalil is expected to get the lifetime achievement award in the National Film Award 2012.
This legendary actor has already performed in 800 movies till now.
He first got the National Film Award to perform in late Alamgir Kumkum directed movie Gunda. Many popular performers including Razzak, Kobori and Alamgir performed with Khalil in that movie.
Khalil acted first movie was Kalim Sharafi and Zahir Raihan directed movie Sonar Kajol. Sumita Devi and Sultana Zaman performed against him in the movie.
As hero, Khilal performed in movies Kajol, Preet Na Jane Reet, Jungly Phul, Begana, etc. In the film industry, as pair he performed against Shabnam in most of the movies where Khalil acted in role of hero.
