BNP leaders and activists staged demonstration at Rathkhola Maidan in Kishoreganj town on Saturday noon demanding its chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia’s release from jail.
The BNP activists held a sit-in-programme on Saturday noon. Police did not allow the precession.
It was addressed among others by District BNP General Secretary Md. Mazharul Islam, Organizing Secretary Hajee Israil Miah, Jubodal President Khasruzzaman Sharif and Chatradol District Secretary Ferdous Ahamed Navin.
