BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia on Sunday hosted an iftar party for the professionals and eminent personalities of the country.
The programme was held at Bashundhara International Convention Centre in the city.
Before the iftar, Khaleda exchanged greetings with the invited guests, including academicians, doctors, engineers, journalists and
lawyers and retired civil and military officials. A munajat was offered seeking continued peace and prosperity of the country and the eternal peace of the departed souls of BNP founder Ziaur Rahman and his younger son Arafat Rahman Koko.
