BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia on Friday greeted the young Tigers for sealing the semifinal berth in the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup for the first time defeating Nepal by 6 wickets in the first quarterfinal at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur.
In a message, the BNP chairperson said, “I’ feel proud like the country’s cricket-loving people who are overwhelmed and delighted over this outstanding success of the junior Tigers.”
Khaleda hoped that the young Tigers would continue the winning streak and success in the upcoming days through regular
training and practice, and wished their continued success.
She also congratulated all the players, the coach, officials and all concerned of the team Bangladesh Under-19 Cricket Team on their outstanding success.
