BNP Vice-Chairman and former President of Supreme Court Bar Association Advocate Khandaker Mahbub Hossain got the party’s final nomination to contest in ensuing Parliament polls from Barguna-2 constituency.
The party Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir announced his final candidacy to contest with ‘Sheaf of Paddy’ symbol. The veteran leader is working with the party’s grassroots leaders and activists in the constituency’s Betagi, Bamna and Patharghata upazilas.
He has been always helping the people of the areas for long.
The eminent lawyer is one of the members of the party Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia’s lawyer team.
Khandaker Mahbub said, “If the election is held in free, fair and inclusive manner, the people of the area will make the ‘Sheaf of Paddy’ symbol victorious enormously. If I am elected, I will work hard for this area.”
