Karnaphuli Gas Distribution Company Ltd. (KGDCL) operate Vigilance team for disconnected gas supply illegally since 2010 . The vigilance team achieve much good result for illegal user for this reason the authority set Vigilance team as permanent part of disconnecting squad by the direct controlling of Managing director of the Company. The team operated the disconnecting from 14th September to 17 September and 19 lines were Cutting and relaised taka 2,98,819 from 19 residential consumers for non payment of Gas bills .
KGDCL Authority disconnected the gas supply of defaulting consumer in the city in the regular drive conducted under its Vigilance activities since 2011, Said a press release issued by KGDCL.
