A rape victim on Tuesday evening sued Keraniganj Police Station OC of Dhaka and 10 others for kidnapping and raping her while the court directed the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) to submit a report after investigating into the incident.
Judge Shahidul Islam of the Women and Children Repression Tribunal-6 of Dhaka passed the order after recording the depositions of the woman on Tuesday.
The accused persons include- OC Shaker Mohammad Jobaer, OC Operation Golam Sarwar, SI Rezaul Amin Basher, Mohammad Faruque, Haider, Mohammad Iqbal, Mohammad Hanif Member, Mohammad Rafiq and Mohammad Babul Madhu.
Advocate Mohammad Jakir Hossain Hawlader moved the case on behalf of the complainant woman.
