Kazi Soma is a promising singer of present generation. Now people are worried about their survival and also panicked due to ongoing corona pandemic. Despite having pandemic situation, somebody tries to be relaxed to enjoy music in different websites now. During this time some listeners liked Kazi Soma’s two original released songs. In fact, despite having pandemic situation Soma is getting response for her two songs from the music-lovers. These two songs are: Tui Far Hoye Thai Dio, which was rendered by Soma in the dialect of Chattogram, and Babua Babua. Kamrul Hasan Sohag wrote lyrics of the first song, while Md Sohag composed its tune. Anik Sahan wrote lyrics and also composed tune of the second song.
While talking about her two released original songs Kazi Soma said, “In fact, there is a lot of love for my two songs. But in case of making music videos of these songs, I have still pain because two makers of music videos did not make these by my liking. I am not satisfied about their works. Specially in case of song Tui Far Hoye Thai Dio, director Sohag did not give proper time while giving direction of the music video of the song. Otherwise, I believe this song could become a milestone signature for me. However, I am getting response for these songs due to my rendering style. It’s my achievement. I am grateful to my fans because during pandemic they are enjoying these songs and also sharing their comments in social media.” Kazi Soma also said that due to lockdown she has to pass times at her residence for many days. She is a singer and it is her profession. So, it is now really challenging for her to survive with music. “However, I remain well due to Allah’s blessing, Alhamdulillah. Everybody prays
for me,” she added.
