A 14-memebr of Bangladesh karate team left here for Nepal on Wednesday to take part in the Walton 8th
NSKA International Karate Championship that began at the Dasarath Rangasala National Stadium. The Bangladesh men’s and women’s teams comprised seven players and seven officials.
Apart from host Nepal, the United States of America (USA), the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and India will take part in the five-day meet.
Bangladesh karate team: Rezaul Karim Masum, M Shamim Osman, M Hasan Khan, M Lokman Hossain, Moriom Khatun, Nasima Akter, Munni Khanam and team coach Jasim Uddin.
