Last year on September 8, play director and actress Sheikh Runa was injured in a fatal road mishap. She was survived in that accident. With Allah’s blessing she recovered from that injury after eight months. She has returned to direction.
After returning to direction, Runa has started to make a faction play titled Bhalobashar Epar Opar. Kalyan Corraya and Moushumi Hamid acted in lead two roles in the play.
It is a romantic story based play. Kalyan and Moushumi acted in roles of Mojnu and Alta respectively. Story of the play revolves with them. Its shooting began at 300-foot Road in the capital on Tuesday.
While talking about making the play director Sheikh Runa said, “I am grateful to ATN Bangla’s Chairman Dr Mahfuzur Rahman Sir because during my injury he came forward to co-operate me. I am making play for his channel. I am really grateful to him.”
Rahman Mizan has written story of the play. Kalyan Corraya said, “Runa Apa has returned to direction after recovery from serious injury. I welcome her. She works in organized way. I have better understating with Moushumi Hamid in case of acting because we have a good friendship. Before taking part in shooting we understand the scene properly.”
Moushumi Hamid shared her feelings by this way, “Kalyan is my good friend, he is like my brother. We worked together in many plays. We really enjoyed working together under Runa Apa’s direction. We believe it will become a good work.”
Now Kalyan Corraya and Moushumi Hamid acted a serial Jokhon Kokhono directed by Rahmatullah Tuhin is being aired on Ntv. Under Sumon Anwar’s direction they also worked in serials Idiot and Sukhi Mirganj. These two serials will go on air soon.
Now Kalyan is engaged with shooting under different director’s works. On the other hand, Moushumi Hamd has finished shooting of Sumon Anwar, Abu Hayat Mahmud, Saidur Rahman Russell, BU Shuvo and Aditya Joni’s directions.
