Kader Siddique quits Oikyafront

Krishak Sramik Janata League (KSJL) President Abdul Kader Siddique has announced that he is no more with the Jatiya Oikyafront
He came up with the announcement at a press conference at the Jatiya Press Club on Monday.
The decision was taken at an extended meeting of the central committee of the party held at its Motijheel central office on Saturday, he said.
Kader Siddique said, “There is no visible existence of Jatiya Oikyafront after the national elections. It has also failed to focus on any national problem.”
Jatiya Oikyafront was formed with Gono
Forum led by Dr. Kamal Hosain, Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal faction led by ASM Abdur Rob and Nagorik Oikya led by Mahmudur Rahman Manna on October 13,2018 before the national elections held on December 30, 2018.
“My party will work for formation of unity of the political parties for creating a mass movement in the country against the failures of the government,” Kader told at the press conference.
Iquebal Siddiqee, joint general secretary of the party, read out a written statement at the press conference.
General secretary of the party Habibur Rahman Talukder, central leaders Nasreen Siddique, Shafiqqur Rahman Delwar, Kuri Siddique and others were present at the press conference.
