Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha on Sunday nominated Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain as the Chamber Judge of the Appellate Division.
A Supreme Court release signed by its additional registrar Arunava Chakraborty said Justice Hossain will dispose of emergency matters at the Appellate Division from yesterday Monday as Chamber Judge till further notice.
The notice was posted on the apex court website.
