Justice Mohammad Bazlur Rahman, a judge of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court passes away on Sunday.
He breathed his last at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) where he was undergoing treatment. He was 61.
Bazlur Rahman was suffering from cancer.
He left behind his wife and two sons and a host of well-wishers to mourn his death.
Justice Mohammad Bazlur Rahman was elevated to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court on February 8 last year.
His Namaj-e-Janaza will be held at Supreme Court premises at 10 AM today (Monday).
