The final match and prize giving ceremony of “Bijoy Dibos Badminton Tournament-2016” organised by JU Journalists Association ended here at the Jahangirnagar University campus on Monday with amid fanfare and festivity.
JU Vice Chancellor Prof Farzana Islam was presented at the programme as the chief guest and distributed prizes among the players.
Different cultural and political organizations of the campus including journalists of the university were took part the event. In final match on Inter-Organisation Category, tournament champion JU Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC) team by Ahshan Jazib and Sizar Sarkar won against Jahangirnagar University Debating Society (JUDS) team by Mudasser Masum and Pavel Rahman.
